1. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability, origin, and customer selections.
• In-stock items may be delivered within a short timeframe.
• Custom-made, special-order, or imported products may require extended delivery periods.
All delivery times provided are estimates and are subject to supplier production schedules, transport conditions, and other factors beyond the company’s direct control.
For precise delivery information regarding specific products, customers are advised to contact the store directly.
2. Delivery Access & Site Requirements
At the time of delivery, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring unobstructed, safe, and adequate access to the premises where delivery, assembly, and/or installation will take place.
The customer must ensure:
• Clear and safe access to entrances, staircases, corridors, and elevators
• Sufficient space for handling and installation
• Structural suitability of the installation area
• A safe working environment for the delivery team
The company is not responsible for assessing site limitations prior to delivery unless explicitly agreed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or spatial constraints, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or special handling.
3. Forklift & Special Equipment
Where forklift assistance or other special lifting equipment is required for delivery, the arrangement and associated costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
The company must be informed in advance if such equipment is necessary.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
The customer is required to inspect all delivered products immediately upon receipt and in the presence of the company’s delivery and/or installation team.
Any visible damage, discrepancies, or shortages must be reported and documented at that time.
Failure to report issues before the departure of the delivery team shall be deemed as confirmation that the products were received in good condition.
5. Responsibility After Completion
Upon completion of delivery and installation, and following the departure of the company’s team, full responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
The company shall not be liable for:
• Damages reported after the delivery team has departed
• Missing items not identified at the time of delivery
• Damages caused by third-party handling or site conditions
This clause does not limit statutory warranty rights concerning manufacturing defects.
